Factory Applied Paint
Warrants against blistering, peeling or flaking due to defects in materials or manufacturing

Lifetime coverage applies to the original owner of an owner-occupied, single-family home for as long as they own and occupy it.
Transferability: if the home is sold, coverage transfers to the next owner as 10 years on all parts and 1 year on labour from the manufactured date. Other components remain covered for 1 year.
Commercial installations: 10 years on materials and workmanship from the date of installation, and 1 year on labour.
Maintenance: regular cleaning and yearly lubrication of moving parts are required. Failure to maintain the product may void coverage.

Warranty terms run from the original date of shipment. The factory finish warranty runs from the date of original purchase and applies to the original purchaser only.
Thermal bowing of door slabs and composite jambs of up to 1/4 inch is normal during extreme temperature changes and is not a defect.
Non-factory-finished fibreglass slabs and primed steel slabs must be painted or stained on all six sides within 45 days of installation. Wood frames must be painted within 45 days of installation.
Installing a storm door voids the factory applied paint or stain finish warranty.
Not covered: insect screens, door sweeps, weatherstripping, door thresholds, rusty screws and glass breakage.

Maintenance: keep tracks clean, keep drainage and weep systems clear, and lubricate moving components. Do not use abrasive cleaners, pressure washers or harsh chemicals. Failure to maintain the product may void the warranty.
